Kathryn Stevens
I hold a Master’s in Social Work and a Bachelor’s in Social Work with a minor in psychology. My academic background, paired with my hands-on experience, equips me to provide compassionate and effective support to my clients.

I specialize in working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, and trauma. My approach to therapy primarily incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, which I have found to be powerful tools in helping clients gain control over their symptoms and improve their quality of life.

Over the past five years, I have worked on and off as a counselor, gaining valuable experience in areas such as drug and alcohol addiction, Military-PTSD, PTSD, and supporting victims of sexual assault.
I have also worked with children dealing with depression, anxiety, and various mental health disorders. My journey in counseling has been diverse, allowing me to connect with and help a wide range of clients.
Currently, I am available for evening sessions and during the day on Wednesdays. I believe in making therapy accessible and flexible, and I’m here to support you when you need it most. My philosophy is simple: A mental illness diagnosis does not define you as a person. You can learn to cope, manage your symptoms, and still lead a fulfilling, meaningful life.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about sports and gaming, which help me stay balanced and energized. Most importantly, I am deeply committed to the best interests of my clients and serve as a strong advocate for their well-being.

If you’re ready to take the next step toward healing and personal growth, feel free to reach out and schedule a session.
