I have been with Mares Cares Counseling for eight and a half years, during which time I've worn many hats, from scheduler and receptionist to executive assistant, staff support, and now peer supporter. My journey has provided me with a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the healing process.
I am a Certified Peer Recovery Supporter (CPRS). My approach is flexible and tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring they receive the best possible support. My commitment to professional growth and education allows me to bring the most effective and current techniques to my practice, and I plan to return to college in 2025 to further my education.
My office is located at the Arch Street location. As a part time provider, I am available for in-person and remote sessions Monday through Friday, generally in the afternoon.
Outside of work, I am a proud mom to two amazing kids who are my absolute life. I've enjoyed coaching their sports teams over the years, and now I cherish my role as a spectator and team mom. As my children grow and become more independent, I'm on a journey to rediscover who I am outside of parenthood, which has been both challenging and rewarding. I love playing soccer and softball, watching sports, and being active outdoors. In my downtime, I enjoy puzzling and finding balance in life!
