Amanda earned her M.S.W. from Saint Mary's University in 2021. She completed her graduate internship at Mid-Ohio Psychological Services and worked last year as a Pre-K Class Aid at Bishop Flaget Catholic School. 

Jeff is deaf, fluent in ASL, and received a Bachelor's degree in recreation management. He has worked for the Ross County Board of Developmental Disabilities and Deaf Services Center, and assists clients of all ages.

Pati greets new and existing clients served at our three Arch Street locations. She collects copays, assists new clients in completing intake paperwork, updates client insurance information, and helps answer our billing line.

Stacey is a Certified Sex Offender Treatment Provider with over 20 years' experience in corrections where she has worked with both youth and adult offenders.

Rick maintains the grounds and landscaping at Arch Street and Commanche Road offices. He also cleans carpets and furnishings, stocks office supplies, and helps maintain our asphault parking lots at Arch Street and Dun Road.

Sara has been Trish's Executive Assistant since 2015. She is a BSW student at Ohio University's Chillicothe Campus, and utilizes Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)  in her individual and group work primarily with adults.

Hannah has thirteen years of experience working with youth and communities. She oversees development, efficiency, finance, marketing, and HR elements of business operations.

Jillian earned her MSW degree from Ohio University in 2016. She works with school-aged youth, adolescents, adults, couples and families.  

Amber earned her MSW degree from Ohio University in 2016. She works with both youth and adults, couples and families.

Kyla is an M.Ed. student at Liberty University. She works mostly with children and adolescents.

Maggie graduated from the Ohio University Master's in Counselor Education program at Ohio University in 2022 and mostly with school aged-youth and adolescents.

Alvin works with adults and couples. He also is experienced in divorce mediation and is a certified parenting coordinator in Ross County.

Trish works with children and adolescents. She has extensive experience working with foster and adoptive youth and successfully treating reactive attachment disorder

Thomas manages PC hardware and software for all staff, assists in running payroll, and develops reports to help monitor both administrative and clinical performance of our staff and practice as a whole.

Talia is a BSW student at Ohio University. She works mostly with adults in recovery, teaches parenting classes, and oversees billing of commercial insurance.

Ciera assists with onboarding new clients, verifying insurance eligibility and benefits, estimating and collecting copays from all clients. She also answers our billing line and lead for billing self-pay clients. 

Becky is enrolled in the M.S.W. program at Ohio State University. She works with both adolescents and adults, couples and families. 

Heather is currently enrolled at the University of Kentucky where she is working to obtain her MSW. She works primarily with adults and couples. She also assists with Medicaid billing.  

Kathryn received her M.S.W. degree from Ohio University. She works with both youth and adults, and does a mix of individual, couples and family therapy. 

Mackenna graduated from Denison University in 2005. Before joining us she worked for 8 years at The Buckeye Ranch. She oversees accreditation, billing, bookkeeping, buildings, communication, partnerships, records and HR.

Meghan is currently enrolled in the M.S.W. program at Ohio University. She sees adolescents, adults and couples with mental health and/or alcohol or substance abuse problems.

Jessica recently graduated from the M.S.W. program at Ohio State University. She counsels adults and couples, including those seeking greater intimacy and persons of faith seeking Christian counseling.
