Christina Arredondo

I am committed to supporting individuals and families as they navigate life’s challenges and move toward healing, stability, and overall well-being. I hold credentials as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor III (LCDC-III), Certified Family Peer Supporter (CFPS), and Social Worker Trainee (SWT). I am currently pursuing my Master of Social Work at Cleveland State University. In 2021, I was honored to receive the Recovery Advocate of the Year award from the Hope Partnership Project in recognition of my dedication to the recovery community.

I specialize in working with individuals and families impacted by substance use disorders. As an LCDC-III, I have extensive experience in dual diagnosis treatment, helping clients address underlying mental health conditions that contribute to substance use. I support individuals in building personalized recovery plans that promote long-term success and resilience.

In addition to addiction and recovery work, I am passionate about supporting families and couples, and I have a particular interest in working with individuals navigating Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in meeting clients where they are while helping them move toward meaningful, lasting change.

Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in helping individuals and families overcome their struggles and achieve personal growth. I offer both in-person and remote appointments to accommodate your needs and schedule. Whether you prefer face-to-face sessions or the convenience of virtual meetings, I am here to support you.

Outside of work, I love taking breaks from electronic devices by going camping and practicing self-care for my mental and physical well-being. Another hobby of mine is redoing old furniture, giving something old a new lease on life! These activities help me stay grounded and rejuvenated, allowing me to bring my best self to our sessions.

I'm excited to work with you and help you achieve your goals. If you have any questions or would like to schedule an appointment, don't hesitate to reach out.
