Our 13 unique providers counsel a wide range of needs through both in-person and tele-health sessions, using many different methods, including but not limited to: talk therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Solutions-Based Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)/Mindfulness.
