Christina Arredondo
I'm here to support you and your family through life's challenges and help you find a path to healing and well-being. I hold credentials as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor License III and a Family Peer Support Specialist, and I am a licensed Social Worker Assistant (SWA). Currently, I am pursuing my master in social work at Cleveland University.

I specialize in working with individuals and families impacted by substance abuse disorder. Additionally, I provide support for those dealing with grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. My therapeutic approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based therapies, which I find effective in creating a supportive and impactful therapeutic environment.

My journey in social work began in 2011 when I received my SWA, and in 2017, I earned my LCDCIII. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in helping individuals and families overcome their struggles and achieve personal growth. I offer both in-person and remote appointments to accommodate your needs and schedule. Whether you prefer face-to-face sessions or the convenience of virtual meetings, I am here to support you.

Outside of work, I love taking breaks from electronic devices by going camping and practicing self-care for my mental and physical well-being. Another hobby of mine is redoing old furniture, giving something old a new lease on life! These activities help me stay grounded and rejuvenated, allowing me to bring my best self to our sessions.

I'm excited to work with you and help you achieve your goals. If you have any questions or would like to schedule an appointment, don't hesitate to reach out.
