Rev. Jessica Warth

I am an ordained Reverend through the Churches of Christ in Christian Union with a master’s degree in social work from The Ohio State University and a master’s in Pastoral Counseling from Ohio Christian University. I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) and I bring a unique blend of pastoral care and professional counseling to my practice.

My specializations include Pastoral Counseling, couples counseling, and family therapy, as well as individual counseling for ages nine and older. I have expertise in grief counseling, relationships, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADD/ADHD, PTSD, and case management. My therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy/Mindfulness, CONTROL parenting, EMDR therapy, and motivational interviewing.

Having been ordained since 2008, I served as Associate Pastor for ten years and Interim Pastor for one year at University Church in Circleville, Ohio. Since January 2020, I have been dedicated to Pastoral Counseling at Mares Cares Counseling.

I am available to see clients Monday through Friday from 8:15 AM to 5:30 PM, offering both in-person and remote sessions. My philosophy is to meet individuals where they are, build trust through understanding, and help them work toward a healthier state of mind, body, and spirit.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, baking, painting, spending time with family, playing games, and working in my yard!
